Yeah I think AV's time has come and gone. Don't see enough of a commitment from the players to work for 60 mins.

That's a good idea, if it was done now it could give the team a really positive kick, sometimes that's all it takes. It's not like they haven't given him a decent chance to make it happen, and they're peak time will be ending eventually. Dunno who would be a good fit though.

So when does Gillis come out and back his coach? Probably 10-14 days after that AV is fired... Unless its tomorrow, oh please let it be tomorrow.

The Sedins shouldn't need a coach to motivate them in the last minute of overtime. Its not like they're going to be used in the SO. Hank's backing away from the puck carrier on the final play was totally incomprehensible!
